We believe in customer satisfaction. If at any time you experience a problem or dissatisfaction in your products or services purchased from us, please contact us. If we cannot fix the problem or offer the best solution for you, our customer, then we will gladly exchange the product within 30 days of purchase (receipt required.) Buyer pays return shipping. For our new products, the item must arrive back to us in the condition it was sent to you (i.e. unopened). However, under special circumstances we will accept newly opened items but there is a 20% restocking fee that will apply.
