How long does it take to ship your products?

Generally 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

How long does it take to service computers?

We have an excellent and fast turnaround time; we repair most problems within 24-48 hours. Of course there are special circumstances that have to be considered (i.e. ordering parts, shipping delays, etc.). Rest assured, when this happens, we will call you and notify you of such things.

Is there a fee to diagnose a system? If so, what are the service prices?

Yes. For PC (Dell, HP, Acer, etc.), there is an initial diagnostic fee of $40 due upon check-in. For Apple, there is an initial diagnostic fee of $80 due upon check-in. The diagnostic fee will be credited towards the remaining cost of repairs.

For service, are appointments necessary?

No appointment is necessary.
